Zambezi Estate

The Zambezi Estate project was constructed in four phases over a period of 5 years. The development had to accommodate external storm-water in such a way to create aesthetically pleasing waterways and wetlands. The Estate comprises of 850 residential stands between 800 and 2 000 square meters and some group housing stands.

Wildtuin Park Estate

The Wildtuin Park Estate in Krugersdorp consists of 400 residential stands between 500 and 1000 square meters and 2 group housing stands. The work also included an entrance structure with the realignment of Robert Broom Street to provide an optimal entrance to the development and civil services to service each stand.
